How long does it take to support answer the email?

Hi,

As a lot of people, I wanna migrate from my Steam account to the regular launcher here available. I've read in other posts that we should contact the support for doing so, which I already did. So my question now is, how long does it take to support answer the e-mail I've sent and how long does it take to solve this problem?

No need to contact support for that, so where di you read that.
it's only when the user does a mistake (like delete his account) that you need to contact support.

For you, as a steam account user, also to be able to use the stand-alone client then you only need to follow this guide from GGG -->

If you created your Path of Exile account via Steam, it will not have an associated email address on our end.

If you would like to add an email address to your Steam Path of Exile account so you may use the stand-alone client, you should be able to do so by logging into our website using the green 'Sign in through STEAM' button on our login page, then navigating to the 'change email' page here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/change-email and proceeding to change the email on your account to the email you would like to sign in with on the stand-alone client for Path of Exile.

PS.: Oh it can take GGG support up to 72 hours to answer you at this moment in time because of the big ticket load they have right now.
