Spreading rot wither + skill effect duration?
I assume that skill effect duration, either global or on e.g. inc duration/efficacy linked to blight, will affect the 2 sec. duration of the withered applied by blight. Since the withered debuff is being applied by the skill, I can't imagine why this wouldn't work, but I can't think of a good way to test this. Anybody know for sure?

" No, but I am not certain. Withered is a debuff, not a skill, so skill effect duration has no effect. Blight is a skill, so it's damage over time IS effected by skill duration.
