6 Link weapon and gems are gone

Last night I purchased a 2h Maul that was 6 linked and put the gems in it to make my build functional. When i logged in today i have a white 2h that is not 6 linked with no gems in it. Trying to figure out whats going on with my character.

Did you happen to place your Mace in your Crafting Bench, or perhaps accidentally weapon swapped? If you press 'X' does this swap back to the correct item?
