Imprint beast crafting -- Does it change sockets / links?

I imprinted an item, then changed the sockets and links, as well as the mods. Now I'm wondering if the imprint will reset only the mods, or the sockets and links as well.

the imprint is a perfect copy of the item AT THE TIME YOU IMPRINT.
it will reset everything back to what it was when you imprinted. |
