Temporal Anomaly

I just switched my build to Blade Vortex Elementalist and im getting wrecked by the ability called "Temporal Anomaly". Its like 5 second stun/freeze for my charecter. Im even wearing Presence of Chayula amulet and Freeze immunity flask but it doesn work at all on this ability. I didnt found anyone mentioning this ability on the forum, so i want to ask if it is normal or it is just some weird bug for my character.

PoE DB lists it as a slow?

Yeah, it's a slow. play jugg or wear kaom's roots if you can't deal with it.
Or, get this: stop standing in the middle of delirium effects. It should be very hard to get the 5 stacks necessary to totally immobilize your character, now that they only last 3 seconds on refresh. If you have to run to the center of a pack, subsequently get out of the center of that pack. |

I think it is this ability. The icon is the same. But it works like stun for my character.
