Steelskin + Second Wind Support

Good night!

Can smb explain why "Steelskin + Second Wind Support" don't work. On gem "Second Wind Support" is wroten "support gems with cooldwos". So, steelskin has it. But when i use steelskin with this support cooldown doesn't change.

Why? Am i missunderstand this or is it a bug?

second wind - Supported Non-Instant Skills have +1 Cooldown Use

you still get the cooldown recovery part. but because steelskin is instant, you do NOT get +1 use.

Also note that skills which can have charges + a cast time which can are then made instant by a passive also no longer get the 2nd charge.

Was a bit disappointed about that.

Any new information on this ?
The second wind support should reduce the cooldown, according to the description, but it does not work (at least the cooldown time does not change in the skill tooltip).
Seems like a bug to me..

What??? Does it not work??? I've been using it this whole time, thinking it works because the cooldown IS pretty fast.

I'll check it out in-game in a few minutes... Might end up feeling like an idiot, rofl.

(Jeez, it took me this entire time to be able to stay in the game and load my hideout...)



Well, it works for me. Goes from 2.73 to 2.17.

Ah, sorry, my bad. Didn't notice I have the sockets not linked in my item lol... xD.
It works.
