So.. how to move a certain syndicate member as leader and to another syndicate?

Hi guys,

I m struggeling to move members i want to into leader position.

1. Whats the best way for putting a certain member as leader?

1.1 Ranking up a certain member to rank 3 and then wait for option to put him as leader?
1.2 Moving him also before rank 3 as leader and then rank up?
1.3 Ranking up and then imprison and wating for option to put him as leader?



2. Whats the best way to move a certain member to another syndicate/house?

2.1 Just wait for the option
2.2 Option to remove him from syndicate and afterwards trying to get option to move him to correct house?
2.3 Imprison him and after release trying him to get to correct house?


3. Another related syndicate question: How does Map IIR and Map Tier affect master missions beside Niko?

I think Map IIR and Tier also affects how much amount you get in Nico Missions, but does this also effect somehow other master missions?
But whats with the rest? How does the Mastermind syndicate monster level is determined for example?

If you have a choice to make rivalries take it. Eventually you might get the option to have a leader imprisoned/removed IF they spawn. But a leader spawning isn't too common. Then the next in line will take the leader's place. So it's a bit of RNG mixed with a little strategy.
