[Graphical] Champion Portal Effect Bug

Description
The glow effect on the Champion's Arrival Portal Effect sits at weird angles, sticking out of the portal. I'm not sure how to better describe it, but there is a screenshot.

I noticed this back in Delve league (I think), but been putting off reporting it because of lazyness, but it's my favourite portal and it's started to bug me more and more.
