Can't kill fairgraves

I wanted to complete the quest called marood mariner where i need to get allflame and then kill fairgraves. i got the allflame and and now my task is to kill fairgraves but i cant target him and he wont come out of his ship like he suppoes to do.

Try creating a new instance. If it still doesn't work, create a new instance again. That's what I do if that happens
