Are you planning to create a calculator for Timeless jewels or add function test trade-jewel in passive tree?

Well GGG doesn’t have a calculator like that at all for anything. It would have to be 3rd party, and to do that they would have to generate. List of how every 1000+ nodes change from every seed for each of the Timeless Jewels. You want verification, you’ll have to stick with streaming.

Changing the tree in the game for a numeric value is programmed, therefore, the implementation of the calculator is possible.
