Forcing PoE to connect through a specific adapter (ForceBindIP)

Hi ppl, i've tried to find a solution for a few days but to no avail.

My wired connection completely drops in quality and speed in the evening hours, usually from 9pm to midnight (convenient i know), i already tried to contact my ISP but it's no use, i'm just waiting for fiber to reach my town.

Meanwhile i could connect my phone through tethering and use my 4g connection (not ideal but still better then my wired when it craps out), but having PoE with Discord and browsing the web eats my data fast.

I'm trying to find a way to force PoE to connect only through my phone via Wi-Fi, the only application i found that does something like this is ForceBindIP

https://r1ch.net/projects/forcebindip

It works with other games (like WoW) but not with Poe, anyone had any luck using this software? is it allowed? i found some old posts here and seems people were using it.

Maybe there's some alternative out there, i would really like to find a solution before Delirium starts, no more lagging pls

After days of troubleshooting, i managed to make it work in 10 minutes following your guide, amazing work, i'm also using the Steam version so you can update your guide by quoting me or this post.

The only difference for the Steam version is the path to the PoE executable, Usually:

"[Wherever you installed Steam]/steamapps/common/Path of Exile/PathOfExile_x64Steam.exe"

Alternatively, you can always find the folder of your steam games by right clicking on the game in your steam library, Properties>Local Files>Browse Local Files.

Thanks a lot for putting the effort in making the guide and replying to my original post!
