How to get specific rooms from Alva?

I am trying to get The Forsaken Masters achv and the only one missing is Alva.
I have done countless runs, have spent lots of currency buying her prophecy, but I simply cannot spawn the maps she asks me to (not to say that sometimes she will just change it after I have reached level 2 with in the area she asked previously). Not to say that the prophecy doesn't always proc, and sometimes I have to activate useless maps over and over until it procs. I'm feeling very frustrated right now with this since I'm trying to get this for 2 months, this and the Capture the Flag one are the only two achvs I am missing and I really wanted to get them before 4.0.  **I have already done Toxic Grove before. Also, you need 4 achievements, not 2. ~ Please separate the PoE1 and PoE2 forums.

There is no foolproof way of getting the room you want, though there are various methods to help improve the odds.
Skipping the final incursion in your set of 3 if it's a room you have no use for can help. It will be the very first room spawned in your next 3, and you'll need to run it, but it also won't appear again in that set of 3. Also make sure to upgrade any T2 room you're offered to T3, even if it's a room you don't care about. T3 rooms won't appear in the incursions offered. Those 2 rooms she's suggesting for you are T3 poison/trap rooms, both of which are quite common. Make sure you're upgrading them if you do see them, and don't forget to actually go into them in the temple (I mention that since you said you've "done" Toxic Grove). 4.0 is more than a year away, so you've got ample time. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

Also, have you tried talking to her in Standard? Since you're that close to finishing it's worth a shot. If you've done those missing rooms in a previous league that progress should have transferred over to Standard, but it would not carry over into other temporary leagues.
Even if you don't get full completion from her in Standard, you might still also have less rooms needed to complete it there. Needing 1 or 2 more is better than needing 3 more at any rate. You could also have more rooms to go, if you hadn't done much temple previously. Still worth a look. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German. " Doing that, always upgrading rooms when I get the chance :) " I have completed both of them before, the thing is that normaly when upgrade the room she is asking to t2, she just changes it. Skipping the last room doesn't re-roll anything directly--it will always be the very first room in your next set of three incursions, and it will remain your next room available until you activate it. What it does is prevent you from potentially wasting more incursions on it.
If you run it at the end of one batch, there's nothing to prevent it from appearing in the next (unless it's a T3 upgrade, then do it for the reason mentioned previously), thus wasting 2 of your incursion opportunities on it instead of just 1. Also, the rooms she tells you are only suggestions. You don't have to do them when she says them. All you need to know is which rooms can get the achievement done for you. Doesn't matter if she changes them or not. If you've done them before, you probably didn't actually go into the T3 rooms in the temple. Just upgrading them to T3 in the incursions doesn't count. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.
