Missing stash tab

Greetings,
I would like to report a missing stash tab please. It seems similar to an issue reported here https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2622032 Here is a screenshot https://imgur.com/a/N12IkDh  I firmly believe this is not a case of renamed premium tab as I only recall purchases of special tabs like currency etc. Please let me know if I should supply more info or details.
