After I did big test got conclusion that you guys need to rename Orb of Horizon into Orb of three shit selected by GGG map.
For Example I tried to roll T16 Malformation from any of my T16 Map I have all opened and almost all awakened (152/154, Awakening 147/154) and on any map I got pool Carcass/Promenade/Summit, I tried same with other char then give friend few maps from different region T16, result was same, same three maps.
We spend over 200 Orb of Horizons to prove what we already know game is full of CONDITION RNG in every corner, from Chance Orbs to any other Orb what makes it slack and heavy demand after billion IF cases, pls make it fun and cut some IF clauses because RNG can be fun if it is not Hard Conditioned. Thank you.

I think you need to ask GGG to rename your account to "something else" -->

Recent problems:
Orb of Horizon and Harbinger Orbs can only reroll maps into specific maps.
So this is why you DON'T use those orbs at the moment !!!!

Ty for your nice approach, link will be enough, can bet your parents regret they didn't you named in some more appropriate what better suits your mentality.
I come pretty late in league was thinking those nonsense is not possible at last with things what worked before but GGG can fix vital errors even post-mortem.
I suggest them to rename Orb of Horizons into "Orb of Case 1,2,3", it is easy to rename when fixing is not possible.
So don't use anything ... lets everything go in standard, PoE Alpha 3.10 coming soon.
Awakening atlas not possible even league soon ends... no Doryani's Machinarium and Perandus Manor propriet tier still.

Orb of Horizon is no longer in known issues. The issue is instead still in the game. Issue that is in the game for 2 leagues now. Maybe they should remove Orb of H since it doesn't work and as it seems they don't give a .... about it. Because really, "you DON'T use those orbs at the moment" doesn't cut it. This league is NOW, not next league or in standard!
