Target farming exalted orbs in SSF?

Is there a way to somehow target exalted orb drops in SSF? Also a bonus question: is there a good SSF build to farm Monoliths and Blight maps?

There are divination cards that grant exalts, see the wiki page for which ones and which maps they drop in.

Any summoner excels at blighted maps. I’m assuming you mean Timeless Monolyths, so anything that deals consistent high AoE damage while moving: aggressive minions, Cyclone, Blade Vortex, Winter Orb, etc.

Talking about exalts farm, in addition to divination cards you can sell full set of influenced items of the same influence for exalted shards - similar to chaos recipe. Identified gives 2 shard, unidentified - 4 shards.

Do the higher metamorphs and pick as many currency drop mods as you can. In previous leagues I had never found more than 2ex. This league I've found about nine. I've also had 2 MM drop 2ex at the same time.

You can target farm arcade for the div card that gives 2 ex.

For legion monolith farming, a super cheap way to do this is to use vaal ice nova on a bitterdream and then 5L your chest and slap herald of ice, then stack as much increased aoe as possible. You need a soul catcher. See my assassin for an example: glacial_farming_btw.

Another op class is vaal ice nova heirophant. Pursuit of faith adds 6% increased damage for every mob you killed recently, this buff stacks unbelievably fast up to a couple thousand percent increased damage on legion mobs because theres so many mobs. By the time your vaal ice nova reaches legion generals, it should 1 shot them.

I loved my ED/Contagion Trickter back in Legion, it totally farmed those even with limited budget. It was nerfed a bit in the mean time but you now have so many new options to scale the damage that it will totally rock for farming maps, Legion included. It's main weakness is single-target damage so it is not a top choice for hunting end-game bosses though.

Thanks for the answers! I dont like the summoner playstyle so I will look into the Vaal Icenova hierophant. Anyone have a recommended build or some tips?
