Ping Spikes Started Recently

I've played this game on/off for a couple of months and had no issues, but randomly in the last week or so I'm getting ping spikes where I jump from sitting at 30-40ms to 140-5000ms that sometimes results in a d/c. POE is the only game I'm having ping issues with, I play Dota 2, Apex Legends, LOL, Destiny 2 all with no connection issues at all.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro x64
