Rathpith Globe and Minions

Good day!
Tell me how the Rathpith Globe shield works if the hero takes the Necromantic Aegis skill. Will Specters/Skeletons take bonus damage and critical strike chance based on their own amount of life?
Or will the increase in damage / crit for minions depend on the amount of life of the hero?
Or are these bonuses simply not transferred to the hero’s minions, even if the Necromantic Aegis skill is taken?
P.S. Honestly, I tried to find this information on the forum, but the search engine only gives patch-notes and trading topics ...
P.P.S. I ask this because the damage that minions should have with this shield and Necromantic Aegis in fact is no different from the damage without it. Checked on the boss: I compared the speed of killing the boss only Specters.

The wording "Player Maximum Life" should not be affected by Necromantic Aegis.

"Sacrifice 4% of your Life", however, should affect the minions when they use a spell. Having said that, you better make sure you get skeleton magi as regular skeletons only use attacks but no spells.
