Huge Connectivity Issue

I'm not able to play anymore. Ever since this last month and the start of the league I've had connection problems. I can't log in without an unexpected disconnection or crashes at least two times before i can start playing or getting into some routine content. This last week has been the worst in that regard. I've lost many maps because of this problem (maps that sometimes i don't even get to start, but lose all the portals trying to get in anyways), i get huge latency spikes (more than 1.000 ms) when in maps and today i couldn't even advance with my character (literally) without the game freezing, crashing or disconnecting ( and to that i add the problem of textures not loading, i guess because of the same problem).

I really want to play the game, but i can't.

I know some will ask about my internet provider, my router and such. but this is the only game that i play that has this issue, and it wasn't like this before... something changed. My connection works good with every other game, application, etc...

I hope this doesn't last too long. Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you in advance and have a good day.

last start with the basic then, where you post a 500+ packet WinMTR report against the PoE gateway you use to login and also post a full DXDiag report (both via pastebin url).
Thank you for the reply.

I attached the two gateways i use (Washington DC and BR), I mostly use Wash DC server. Both kick me out, and before this got worse, the more stable one was DC for me ( even if i had higher latency).

WinMTR Washington DC: https://pastebin.com/NTwvZNAn

WinMTR BR: https://pastebin.com/NABcR8nA

DXDiag: https://pastebin.com/YVXbuXYw

Thanks!

From your first WinMTR report -->
192.168.0.1 - 0 | 521 | 521 | 2 | 5 | 365 | 4 |

Are you using a WIFI connection in your house because you have latency spikes between your pc and the router on up to 365 ms??
If yes, please don't do that and plug your PC directly into the ISP router.
Nope, connected via Ethernet. I have no idea what it could be... im doing another MTR to post here (will edit and add it).

Using sao-m.speedtest.pathofexile.com : https://pastebin.com/Add4CMqA

Having a similar problem. Started about two weeks ago, keep failing to join instances about 50% of the time. Re-installed the game, changed gateways and even upgraded my internet service.

Here's my WINMTR from California Gateway, any help would be appreciated. Using ethernet cable, not wifi.
