Is 'Fixture of Fate' quest broken?.. Can't find entrance into Archives anywhere.

I know it's a secret door and you need to pull a candle to open it, but it's nowhere around.

There is a hallway somewhere that you missed, leading to a section of the map that you haven't explored. It will be there.

it has to be there.. I you cant find it you can try to reset the instance by ctrl+clicking the entrance

The loose candle does not show up on the map if you have not opened the door, and it's easy to miss when you're going fast. (This is definitely something they should fix.)
