Does Path of Building take DIamond Flask into account?

I have 96% crit chance with diamond flask. I remove it and still have 96%. Path of Building only btw. So, am I to assume that my crit chance is 96% without it and there is no need to keep it?

There's 2 ways to activate the diamond flasks, one is to tick it off in the equipment, the other is to tick "crit chance is lucky" in the stats. Check both.

It will also show crit chance and effective crit chance to factor in diamond flask (and hit chance too but nothing to tick for that).

Ok I am actually stupid. I forgot that crit chance is lucky is a thing. So even if I remove the flask it stays the same because I ticked it in the configuration, haha. So my normal crit chance is 80%, with the flask it is 96%. I will keep it then, it is a huge damage increase.
