Can't Complete Quest "The Marooned Mariner"

I happen to have bypassed this mission in Act I normal and have proceeded to Act II. While in Act II I noticed that I only have the white beast and the Intruders in Black quests. I went back to Act I and talked to the captain and got the "Marooned Mariner" quest and when I got to the dead witch in the cave,it doesn't drop the Allflame.
Because it wouldn't drop in my created instance, I decided to try another player who was currently on this mission. And again, the Allflame did not appear on my screen. Any help would be appreciated. Weird, seems to work fine for me when I tested with a copy of your character. Try again?

^On top of what he said.
Make sure you actually click on the Slave girl on the ground. The Allflame is dropped from clicking on the slave girl. |

Thanks for the reply. I just recently booted up the game and the Allflame was in my inventory. Originally I just tried different instances and logged out and back in which actually didn't do anything.
