Bestiary flask crafting monster levels

So I tried to craft a flask in my HC beastiary,
checked the first monster lvl 20, I'm 30, and almost got one shot before I managed to logout...




Obviously that lvl 50 monster was lvl 50.... so wtf??

Aren't the monsters supposed to scale up/down to the first one?
Even reddit had a post too, or is this some troll shit?

Can't find any real info on what the monster lvl of the arena is...
Why do people need to dig so much around for basic info!

Great.. so I just realised you can click the icon and select the monster lvl.
Yeah funny, I'm crafting flasks this way less than ONCE A YEAR so how the fuck should I know or remember.

And why do you make the thing automatically refresh and select the HIGHEST MOST DANGEROUS MONSTER ?? Why the fuck would ANYONE want the HIGHEST MOST LETHAL fight, for adding a suffix, to a BLUE FUCK FLASK???

Even regardless of the player lvl, the menu should automatically pick the lowest level rare beasts! Because why not?

Because of Sorting Algorithm.

GGG decided for it to sort things in that specific way.
