Kishara's Star Quest bug - Quest item not received

a fellow party member opened the chest which contains the quest item strangely the quest item then dropped for him but not me i then tried resetting[img] several times but the chest is always open now with no quest item please help, as i wont be able to obtain the skill point associated with this quest thank you, UnoooScreenshots: http://prntscr.com/qvqvpy http://prntscr.com/qvqouv

Restarting does nothing. You have to make a new instance either by letting the old one expire or control clicking at the entrance or waypoint.
