Linked Steam account now accout has been reset.

Last night I linked my steam account, logged in this morning to nothing, brand new account and a create a new toon screen. can someone help?

Email support@grindinggear.com. They don't handle account issues via the forums.

You linked it incorrectly and overwrote your account. Email support as Argorn14 mentioned, and they can fix this for you.

Thanks! I sent out an email right away this morning as suggested. No response. after doing a bit of research I saw some of the information that they'd need.
Account Name, Steam Account Name, and Name of charters. So I sent a fresh email about 5pm today, only a moment later I got a response to that email from Support asking for my Steam Number ID with instructions on how to find that info. I was on it! right away, I responded with the requested information. I have not heard from them again since. This has been all day now and not looking good for any action tonight. BTW, still no response to my first email early this morning. This is very annoying to say the least, I'm sure its just as annoying for them due to this happening a lot, like every time someone starts on steam and decides they want to be active here as well. Just dropping an idea in the suggestion box here... They should be more clear and disclose this issue with a warning before linking the account, or have the reverse option to link the steam account to this site as well. Ticketing System would be great! How bout a phone number where I can talk to someone to get this sorted out right away. Either way I wish their support department would be a bit more responsive, no doubt they're busy! using the Support email for everything! I'd hate to see that inbox. anyways, I'll keep everyone posted and hopefully help prevent this from happening others. By the way I wouldn't be annoyed if I didn't really enjoy the game, playing for 2 weeks now with 75 hours logged! GGG, keep up the good work & get my ACCOUTN BACK ONLINE. Thank you, |
