2v2 open bugged?

i made a party with a friend and he joined the 2v2 open pvp queue. i was in the same area and so in the queue with him as well.
then when the fight started he was in the arena and i wasnt teleported in the arena, so he had to deal with a 2v1.
that is obviously a bug.
is this the right place to post it or shall i post it in the bug area?
i didnt make a screenshot or anything. so i cant prove it.

we made 2x 2v2 in total. the first time it worked, the 2nd time it was bugged. so that means that it doesnt happen every time.
