league flag for Torment active?

Trying to farm a Scold's Bridle, playing SSF so can`t just buy one. According to the WiKi page it only drops in areas with the league flag for Torment active.

You select it from the map device when you're opening a map. Unfortunately Torment isn't one of the options this league, so Scold's will only drop from sources that can drop random league-specific uniques (divination cards, Cameria in Transportation etc.).

Torment = Tormented Spirits
Only way to force them would be adding Tormented Scarabs to your maps but I'm not sure if a scarab adds the respective "flag" to the map. |

"It does not. Only selecting the league in the map device adds the flag (or when there's a Flashback league, when the league is selected for the current area). |

"Again, divination cards that reward random uniques, e.g. Jack in the Box, can grant league-specific items as long as those uniques were generic drops. Also Cameria in a Transportation Safehouse, there's a Delve chest that drops a league-specific item, and probably a few other sources I forgot about. |

There seems to be, well where I`m looking anyway, a lot of ppl using it and those methods just seemed to obscure to produce enough to satisfy demand. But than I suppose a loooot of ppl play the game which greatly increases the chance of one dropping.
