Eater of Souls (Core Map boss) fight stuck

This happened during the first phase of the fight. The boss sits at 25% life and doesn't kill Piety, just keeps spamming attacks and I can't damage him.

Can confirm, has happened to me atleast twice, don't know if it's my skill (bladestorm) or my ancestral warchief totem, both times Piety starts AFK:ing while not being killable (taking damage though), and Malachai is invulnerable.
Other time I had to run out of my 1 portal map unable to finish the fight, the second time I portaled out and back in, which fixed the problem. https://streamable.com/5t6ly https://streamable.com/t2eih these are recoded via shadowplay and shows the date and time when it happened, but I forgot to take the bug code.
