Technical Support (Path of Exile 1) - Can not download character to POB (path of building) - Forum

Hi, i can not download my caracter to POB because POE tells me that my acount is not poblic. But i checked my pravacy settings in POE and there is noting hidden, everything public. I was also not eble to find the sessionID in POE, chrome or firefox. Can you please help me to fix this? Then go back into that setting page and set all to public and press update. Did that solve the problem? Also are you using stand-alone client or steam client? Then switch to tab "web memory" (dt: "Web-Speicher") and select in the left tree under "Cookies" the entry "https://www.pathofexile.com". In the list you find the "POESESSID" and you can double-click on the value (then you can copy it by "CTRL-C" and paste it in POB).
