Can't accept terms of use when starting game

The textbox is loading and the "I Agree" button is greyed out so i can't press continue.
Have reinstalled the game and deleted local files but it didn't help. Anyone have an idea what i should try? Last bumped on Jan 16, 2020, 2:50:00 PM
