What can this amulet be good for? A Guardian?

A random shaped drop with 4 tier one affixes (technically 3 cause reduced mana reserved doesn't have tiers). Top tier strength on a strength base amulet, double energy shield and of course elemental damage penetration. Would have been perfect with intelligence instead of mana regen but what can you do



I gotta admit I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to guardians, occultist and the such. Can this beat astramentis? Probs not but hey
