legacy bones of ullr?

since 3.8 nerf, bones of ullr became lame boot (+1 level of zombies/spectres isn't enough).

what about the legacy version? +1 to zombies/spectres
(assuming i'll be able to buy one)

is it worth it? or there are better boots these days?
