Check disc HD Tune or better newer program, especially check SMART section.

If these base tests passed without error, check Your graphic card by Unigine Heaven. It should pass without crash if occur something is not good.

All tests should pass without crashes errors etc.

If all passed You have sure the hardware is good then You can check software. Look at device manager to check new drivers or some alerts and check system for some cheats or viruses.
