Metamorph Organ's missing from Basilica Map

Hi there, every time I run Basilica, I end up with a missing organ after 100% clearing it. It's basically 50/50 on whether or not I fill the juice meter on that map.

Im getting the same issue. I still haven't got a 100% finished metamorph on this map.
Edit: I think it's due to the boss fight having phases. I believe it's meant to drop an organ after the first phase, but it doesn't. Last edited by grishnakah#3549 on Jan 12, 2020, 5:54:56 AM
