Do higher level lab runs give better enchants ?

Does the lab level matter when trying to get an enchant ?

Trying to get a "Zombies do % increased damage" on a Baron helmet and running Merciless labs doesn't seem to be cutting it. I have a Zombiemancer build - so far I've had enchants that would be great for a bow or a melee characters - WTH.

Maybe I should just be doing eternal labs, but then I have to keep coughing up a token to go in with, which means I'd have to run the stupid labs all the time to get more (or get divination cards). Hoping I'm wrong here ...

Edit: By better I don't more more powerful - I think that is a given. I mean more in line with what I'm trying to get.

Yeah, lab difficulty determines the quality of enchant as well as which pieces of gear can be enchanted. For the most part, Uber labs are the only ones worth farming.

Every tier of lab offers the same quantity of lab enchants.

Thanks. I vaguely remembering the posting stating it was an Uber lab enchant, but if I understand what you are saying, it's possible to get the enchant in lower level labs (though less likely and not as good a quality). I guess I need to decide how badly I want the enchant. I hate farming anything for too long (which I recognize is a contradiction if I'm playing PoE :-) )

It’s not less likely. If you have a 1% chance in Uber lab, you have a 1% chance in any other lab. Normal can only enchant gloves. Cruel will do gloves or boots (you pick). Merciless and Uber will do everything.

Farming for a particular helm enchant is not a great idea. The odds of hitting what you need are very slim. Something like 1 in 550, assuming equal weighting (which they're not). Here's the list https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/List_of_helmet_enchantment_mods

On the other hand, if you hit Zombie damage on The Baron, you're officially rich.
