Is Mercury Trade macro and/or Poe Trade companion allowed?

I searched for hours on the internet and i still don't really know.
Is using Mercury trade macro or Poe Trade companion bannable?

I saw that Mercury trade has overseer which might be a problem on GGG's side on reddit etc. However nobody is sure about it.
If i would use Mercury trade and delete the Overseer profile can i use it then?
It is so handy to use the whispers in Mercury trade.

I read aswell that Poe Trade companion which i never used has automated things which might be bannable. Is this true? I see some streamers using it but i don't want to risk it.

Iam aware of the fact that the one click's that you do yourself are not bannable just the other parts that i just stated above.

I can't speak definitively on Mercury Trade.

The last time I looked at POE Trades Companion, its default settings were indeed breaking GGG's rules - and worse, its sole developer appeared to be singularly unconcerned by this, so I'd be inclined to recommend avoiding any tools created by that person.
