"Reduced Mana Cost" of Skills: Also for Auras?

On the passive tree, there are two types of nodes which give reduced cost of skills without boosting mana: "Reduced Mana Reservation" and "Reduced Mana Cost".
Please correct me if I am mistaken: 1. I am assuming that the former only reduces the amount of mana reserved by auras. I am assuming that the % is applied to the integer which is to be reserved, e.g. if Grace were to reserve 50, then two 5% nodes would cause Grace to reserve 45, while if Vitality were to reserve 40%, having two 5% nodes would not make Vitality reserve 30%, but rather take 10% of the amount which would have been reserved, e.g. instead of reserving 100 it would reserve 90. 2. I am guessing that the former is additive with the Reduced Mana support gem, so that first the support gem is calculated, and then the passives? 3. My main question: Does the latter not only reduce the cost of active skills, so that e.g. Leap Slam, instead of costing (gross, e.g. post-support) 50 it would cost 45 with two 5% nodes, but also include the cost of skills such as Disipline, Grace, and the like? Or do they not count as "skills"? 4. Finally, should the short answer to question 3 above be "yes": are the two types of passive nodes then additive with one another, e.g. having 2 5% reduced cost and 2 5% reduced reservation = 20% reduced reservation? The second only works for skills, not auras.
The gem however works for auras as well. |

I see thanks. That's too bad, so they are mutually exclusive, and Reduced Cost of skills does not encapsulate Reduced Reservation.

You're looking for "Reduced Mana Reservation" not "Reduced Mana Cost".
