Sirus Drops

For the amount of time and investment that goes into the Sirus fight the drops are just so bad.

So far 15 fights i have had 1 good drop which was an awakened minion damage which was my first kill on him. Other than that i get thread of hopes and Prophet crowns every run.

Just a rant. Someone rant with me!

I've done a lot and can tell you mine aren't much better unless I carry people and they drop multistrike gems lol

This is one of the most disapointing things about the new Atlas/boss system. Watcher's eye was probably the best top level boss drop ever. You where not guaranteed to get one, and even if you did, they were usually not that great, but just the potential of getting a good one always kept you well and truely motivated and excited to kill Elder/Uber Elder again and again. Sirus has nothing as cool or hype worthy as Watcher's Eye, and that's just disappointing.

I also don't think the fight is as interesting or well designed. I ALSO don't like the fact that you only have one shot at him every time he spawns, unlike Uber Elder who actually let players have time to learn the fight.

Uber Elder also had a ton of neat lore leading into him, while Sirus is just oh hey, random dude. Nowhere near as interesting or invested in him story wise.

Sirus is just a downgrade from Uber Elder on every level as far as I'm concerned, and POE is a slightly worse game for the transition.

It is a free boss fight. You dont need to do anything extra to get it, just run maps.

They could have done a lot more to be honest. Why not also drop i86 Conqueror items like Uber elder did.

Something awesome like watcher's eye drops would have been nice to.

I dont mind that you only get one chance. Once you learn the storms the fight is really easy. Just wish it was worth all the effort or at least gave you the feeling that it will be worth it.

awakener orbs aren't enough? do people have any idea the crazy type of crafting power this lets us wield?

awakened supports aren't enough??

isn't the sword he can drop like 20ex or something?

Do i combine 14 Awakener prophet crowns to get an Awakener orb? Asking for a friend.

Anyway I'm loving the league, but just feel the Sirus fight and drop rate is underwhelming.

the only thing I get from sirus fights:



sometimes a 20-30c gem that takes ages to level even on 20%.

the investment on that fight even on awaken lvl 8 is just garbage.. it's already worse than shaper and the 1 alch gloves (now at 25c+)
