How do i use Blasphemy set up correctly

ok guys I need some help I just got lucky and got a vulnerability Impresence, so from watching other videos on Youtube I guess Im suppose to make a blasphemy-vulnerability set up? I've never took a char this far into Min/Max, do I keep blasphemy and vulnerability at Lvl 1? I don't want to over level either gem and mess it up and don't quite know how this all works please any help appreciated thanks!

You can always de-level a skill gem by vendoring the skill gem + Orb of Scouring and get back that skill gem 1 level lower.

Other than stat requirements, why would you keep the level low?

im new to the end game I diddnt know if it works like CWDT and wont support the curse if blasph is low level and the curse is higher because my char doesn't have a lot of INT?

Blasphemy does not work like CWDT. You don't have to keep the item levels low.

Leveling blasphemy gives it AoE so the "aura" for the curse is bigger. You don't need to level it up (if you dont have int for it, for example) but it will help.
