Geofri's Sanctuary stopping health regen at a certain point?

TL;DR easy temp fix:Desecrated ground bad. Take Geofri's off, put it back on. Hi full hp.
I've seen a couple posts about this myself and hadn't run into it except for once until i got to 1k strength myself. Sometimes, usually while doing desecrated ground maps using The Baron + Geofri's Sanctuary and having over 1k strength(so minions leech life for you from The Baron). You sometimes will straight up just stop getting any life back at a certain health. For example, i have almost 6k hp and it tends to like to stop in the 3k range. Even health flask wont get you any higher until you simply take Geofri's off and put it back on and them bam you're back to full health. That's what makes me think it's linked to Geofri's and maybe zealot's oath somehow. Last bumped on Jan 31, 2020, 9:52:01 AM

Same bug. Was noticed it in 3.8 league already and it's still not fixed.
