On Wireless hotspot, cannot connect to login server please help!

So some idiot took down the pole in my neighborhood and knocked out the internet for weeks. Im using my mobile hotspot, I can play ANY other game but POE. Its teling me cannto connect to login server, wont even let me login. I have no idea how to fix it. Can someone please help? im losing my mind not being able to play any games I want. Thanks

I too play from a wi-fi hotspot (only alternative,very rural) and it's possible
you need to provide an unlock code from your E-Mail. As far as I know mobile hotspots don't have a fixed IP address,almost every time I log in,I need to provide the unlock code..Hope this helps,GL!
