Thread of Hope - Does not Work

Although the jewel "thread of Hope" is socketed, I am unable to allocate points that aren't connected to the tree, although in the supposed radius of effect of the jewel. Last bumped on Dec 29, 2019, 3:44:29 PM

The range of the jewel is in between the inner and outer circles, Frenetic passive is not within those, which is why you cant allocate it.

Thank you for you answer. I went and tested in game, I understand how it works now. Poor wording on the definition of the jewel tho. Consider the thread closed. |
