Ascendant Guardian Onslaught buff not functioning

The Ascendant's Guardian ascendancy node clearly states:
"While there are at least five nearby Allies, you and nearby Allies have Onslaught"

In addition, the wiki states (https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Ally):

"Allies include:

- players in your party
- minions (includes minions of party members)
- totems (includes totems of party members)"

In the attached photos I have 5 spell totems + the 1 Golem on top of myself so "nearby" shouldn't be an issue.

The only buffs on my character in the screenshot are Harmony of Purpose and the Golem buff. There is no Onslaught present.
