Standard Map drops will not add to Map tab

Playing on Windows 10.
Standard League Got new Atlas. Play 3 maps. Get maps as loot. Maps will not add to map tab w/ alt+click or via drag+drop. Maps can be added to regular inventory tabs. This occurs in all areas that I have been in. I had a ton of remove only tabs earlier, but I cleared all those out. There is no "remove only" map tab on my account. I can remove maps that were in my map tab from BEFORE 3.9 came out, and then alt+click or drag+drop them back into the map tab. It is only the maps that are dropping as loot that are affected. EDIT: IMPORTANT! On further examination I believe this is connected to why I do not have the gold underlining on my map stash tab. The first map I played was not one of the ones given by the NPC I played a Level 11 Dig map that I already had from pre 3.9 When I killed the boss I got a ton of scrolling Map/Map Bonus Completed alerts on the right hand side like you always get when completing a map. It was a huge list so I think it was all 102/154 that I've completed that were given from only 1 boss defeat. Also my Atlas is missing the second new counter of bonus. Ive added screen shots. So do I have to manually remove all of them and then I can add them back in? I remember in the past there was like a button to press but I don't see it anymore.

The button was disabled due to bug
