Can't spawn conquorer "deterministically" in influence

Spent another full day on all the maps in this corner and still can't get conquorer to spawn at all. Tried T14-16, some twice, spaced a map in another region and went back. Changed to another char to run a yellow map and the first map back with main char had the lightning square (as in 2nd exile spawn for that influence) but then nothing more again

same for me. i´m stuck in valdo´s rest for days now running map after map - nothing. the other regions are normal. the conquerers show up after some maps.

So you don't get the so called "deterministic" back to back spawn once you have influence?
