+1 to Level of all Intelligence Skill Gems on Amulet doesn't affect Sheet dps

As title reads. I got myself an Amulet that has the new +1 to all Intelligence Skill Gem Level on it.

However, wearing it does not increase the sheet dps or effect of any intelligence skill gems.

Only after I take out & put back in the skill gem do I see the effects of the amulet.



Is that a visual bug only or is it an actual bug?

You could try using something with a level breakpoint such as zombies or spectres and see if equiping the amulet lets you spawn an additional minion.
If so then it should just be a visual bug.

exact same issue with +1 cold skills

It does increase gem lvl on hoover.
It doesn't increase gem dmg or mana cost
Tt doesn't increase gem breakpoints ie summon skeletons.

its not work still ,its actual bug.

Take off the skill gem then put it back again. Now tooltip dps should show acordingly. Must do that every time you rezone. At least that happened to me.

Yep exactly, same behavior on my +1 ED.

And if you reequip other + gems item the bonus from +int gems disappear and you have to start over again.
