New difficulty level with new league and unfair rules because of that

New patch with new league comes with new difficuty level. It is much harder now to play with same map tiers with same monster level. What kind of sense is that and what kind of "fair play" rules is that - when oldest players were able to achieve theirs lvls by playing in easier game than it is now.
By increasing difficulty level - game are blocking players from achieving the same result that would they were able to achieve before the patch and already have different players before the new league/patch. It seems that is unfair and it is not treating every player - equal. It is possible to say that this is manipulating the players and forcing us to play more to achieve the same as already have the players which were able to achieve before. Just looking on how many chaos damage enemys are dealing now it is absulutely irrational by comparing to game before new patch.

Nothing changed in terms of game/map difficulty this patch.

Before the patch I was easly playing on 13 tier maps, now I can not even finish 8-9 tier map withouth being killed. A lot more monster deals chaos damage which is much more difficult to find resistance for. Moreover this chaos damage is dealed by new monster as a AoE damage and DPS on huge area.

Before the patch I was dealing only 30k dps, now I have found build that deal 20k dmg more but even that monsters easly killing me after new patch, which does not happened before the patch.

Mostly it is because some new monster are able to deal hits from out of player view.

So what kind of fair rules is that if players that already have achieved most are not treated as new players which due to the changes in game mechanics - are blocked in game progress?

With every new patch, game is getting easier because we are getting new tools to make our characters stronger. Its called power creep.

So from tome to time, they do something to compensate it. Like now.

Im perfectly fine with that because we were getting to the point where poorly build chars doing red maps and mediocre ones doing T16s and endgame bosses..

...ofcourse - you are already fine if you have already achieved 97lvl. But it is unfair to the players that starting the game or just have start game a long time after you... but it still not treating every player equal. It is not giving same chances for everyone. Increasing game difficulty so late - simply forcing new players to play a much longer to achieve the same.

I also had been learning and it took serious time to achieve that. There were no PoB, limited knowledge resources, no benchcrafting, no gems from vendors etc.. My first build hit a wall in city of sarn.. I can see that bad builds now hitting a wall in a9/10.. so, maybe its fair, maybe its unfair.. who knows.. but the game is evolving and "adapt or die" has always been a rule here.

No point in replying to this guy. He has his own "super secret build" that has like 2k hp & 2k ES and he complains every league about how his build suddenly can't do content.
And then goes on how GGG is specifically targeting him by giving him terrible RNG and so on

...but increasing a difficulty level in already created maps - is a form of player manipulation !
Why to not simply increase max champion level or create maps with higher tier or hard maps containing better equipment.
Controlling player by changing difficulty level definitely is not giving same chances for every one.

For example i have achieved 90lvl of my champion through 6months (I know - it is not too fast)... but it because game will be more difficlut now - for other new player to achieve 90lvl it make force them to play a... year.
Is it a fair play?

Since leagues wipe everyone's progress and we all start at zero again it's very fair. If you play permanent league it's already tipped heavily in your favour since you get access to OP items we no longer have in the game, so if anything it's "unfair" towards the players playing temporary leagues.
Harder game is better because it keeps bad players from achieving what good players can. Sucks if you’re in the bad player group though. You feel compelled to complain about the game being harder instead of trying to move up to the good player group.
