2 vaal side areas in map

I know this is a known issue already, just putting in my report as well. Hopefully they can pinpoint the problem:

Tier 13 overgrown shrine map. Went into vaal side area near start of map. Ran the vaal side area and killed the boss. Exited through the portal of the side area and was put near the end of the map by the overgrown shrine boss area, outside another vaal side area. Killed the boss of the map and then went into the other vaal side area. Was different area and untouched so I ran that side area as well. Upon trying to exit the portal I got the message that I could not enter the instance by this method. I was unable to leave the vaal side area either by the portal or the main entrance. I logged out to char screen and back in. Map portals were still up so I went into the map and was able to finish clearing it.
