Incursion...timer too short?

When incursion first came out it was very hard for many players to kill bosses and unlock doors because of the time constraint.

Then they buffed all rare and magic monster hp by a lot.

Then they buffed all rare and magic monster hp by a lot again and added flat physical damage reduction and increased resistances of many monsters in the temple.

I now see mods like "Allies cannot be killed" far more frequently in the map incursions.

All this and the only increase in reward is the final temple could theoretically have a legion encounter. That is it...

I could still steamroll this content with a minion build ofc, but I'm trying really hard to make a viable non-shenanigan physical bow build. Is my current build just that bad or is incursion timer vs the ehp of the room getting short enough that even good builds are noticing it?

Focus on the weak mobs first... they give you more time than they cost. Rares are typically more expensive in terms of time than they reward. You're right though that some builds have difficulty with the timer. It's either that or make the game so easy that any build can do everything.
