Frankfurt connectivity issues

The primary DC hosting the Frankfurt gateway has been suffering from DDoS attacks over the past few days. It has been gradually getting more and more severe. This will be causing instances to drop from the realm and disconnections between players and the gateway.
We're currently working on ways to mitigate this, but due to the scale of the problem, there is currently no easy fix we can put in place. Other EU gateways look relatively solid, barring any individual connection issues, so an option to avoid the above would be to try another EU while we get this sorted. Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately not just Frankfurt anymore...
Even Moscow, what were kinda fine, started to drop connections ~ 20 mins ago... Not just drop, but even do not save state be4 drop (R.I.P. my new socketed gloves, all changes lost...) |

I have an issue that seems to be linked. even though I have a 1st waypoint in Act III discovered, I have "travel to the caverns" quest in Act II and both waypointing to Act III and going through caverns and the entrance to Act III causes: "Failed to connect to instance". I can live with disconnects, but this bricks my character. :(

Same for me, all servers act the same, act 5, can connect to Ruined Square but in no other instances like The Ossuary.

All servers are terrible. Please, do not coll this "individual" disconnects. Your entire infrastructure is failing. It is retarded. I am representing the HC community here, it is an absolute joke. How dare you to recommend people to play on other realms when they are equally affected? I wonder, if you will ever consider bringing back a dead character for this? No, right? Because ... F US. That's why. I respect the fact that you are admitting you are having issues. However, it is absolutely ... to recommend people to play on the other stable servers. |

This has been happening most of the day with Amsterdam, London, Milan, Moscow and most severely with Frankfurt, where I lost several map instances.
But Paris seems to be fine at the moment of writing this. |
