Lol, it's a one handed Kingslayer from Diablo 3.

Vaal Double Strike... obviously. Get increased duration and you and your doubles (from both skills) can romp together.

Assuming it's a Conqueror-exclusive drop with a minimum tier threshold to be eligible, once enough players get the hang of the fight mechanics and start farming in earnest, more should enter the market and we'll see where the price ends up. |
